‘When all else fails’

Separate pieces of a dissected set of stairs are intertwined in a delicate balancing act. The stairs show signs and marks of previous use. Hidden inside the structure is a small and fragile bird nest containing eight little eggs. Both objects were found more the ten years apart from each other.

This sculpture is being installed differently each time it is set up.
